What does it look like to choose kindness every single day, no matter the season of life?
In this episode of The GLOWdown, host Tiffani Satterelli is joined by Danielle Teal, founder of Caring Acts of Kindness Everywhere and Senior Program Coordinator for Joy at Mayo Clinic & Physician Well‑Being, for a thoughtful conversation about finding joy in the journey through intentional, everyday acts that quietly make a difference.
Danielle has practiced at least one intentional act of kindness every single day since 2007, a commitment that began after a stranger unexpectedly paid for her gas in 2007 and grew into a life‑shaping calling. Over the years, those daily acts of kindness have created ripple effects across her community and workplace, reminding others that small moments truly matter.
She shares how choosing kindness became a way of life, including how she continued showing up for others while navigating breast cancer treatment, documenting her journey and continuing to serve others even during a deeply personal season. Her story reflects a steady, lived‑out joy rooted in connection, purpose, and faithfulness to what matters most.
Together, Danielle and Tiffani reflect on joy that feels genuine, kindness that shows up in everyday moments, serving others, and a way of living that reminds us that joy lives in connection, blooms through compassion, and grows when we lead with intention and allow our light to shine.
